Refund Policy

Our policy on refund and cancellation of order under payment gateway is as under:

Cancellation Policy

  • It is our prime objective to make sure that every customer is a happy customer.
  • However, sometimes under certain circumstances if there arises any unavoidable issues, the order can be canceled.

Conditions for cancellation:

  • 1. On client’s initiative
    Either client have a change of mind or due to any factor for which Milan Cratfs is not at all responsible, Client can voluntarily cancel the order within 24 hours from the creation of such order.
  • 2. On Our initiative
    If the client is not able to provide the proper address required for processing of order. If the client is not reachable for more than 8 days, even after numerous attempts from our side to contact either through email, phone or SMS. The payment received by the customer will be returned to the Account within 24 hours from our side. The gateway may consume time as per their policy.
  • 3. On Damage or Mishandling
    Before nay dispatch of the product in Milan Crafts the product goes through checking in various steps. The packaging is also made up to the mark. So the chances of any damage in the product is negligible. Even then in any case if damage product is received by the customer, the customer shall immediately (Within One Hour) call us and mail us. The return and refund of the product shall be made after the analysis of the Quality Control team only. Customers are asked not to receive the damaged packaging by the courier.
